Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
Saint One LLC (“Saint One,” “Saintone,” “we,” “us”) operates a family of technology products — StoneParks, DroneReady Curriculum, AcademiaForge, and EVQuiz. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Where a product is provided to a school or district under a separate agreement (such as a data privacy agreement), that agreement governs the handling of that institution’s data and controls over this policy to the extent of any conflict.

Information collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data, device and browser information, and cookies used to operate and improve our websites.
Student data (FERPA/COPPA and state student-privacy laws). For our school products (StoneParks, AcademiaForge), student data is provided by, and remains the property of, the school or district. We act as a school official / service provider under FERPA and applicable state student-data-privacy laws. We use student data only to provide the contracted service, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising or to build student profiles for non-educational purposes, and we delete or return it in accordance with our agreement with the school. Our handling of each district’s student data is governed by the data privacy agreement in place with that district.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve our products and websites.
- To process payments and send receipts, invoices, and service notices (such as parking citation notifications on behalf of a school).
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
- To protect our services and users and to comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who work on our behalf under contract — for example, payment processing (Stripe), hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), and email/SMS delivery for service notifications.
- With the school or district for our school products, as the owner of that data.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer — if Saint One LLC or a product is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s privacy practices. We receive confirmation and limited billing details but do not store full card numbers.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the relevant product and to meet our legal and contractual obligations; school data is retained, deleted, or returned according to our agreement with the institution.
7. Children’s privacy
Our products are provided to and administered by schools and organizations; they are not directed to children for direct sign-up. Any student information is handled on behalf of the school in accordance with FERPA, COPPA where applicable, and the school agreement.
8. Your choices and rights
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. For student or school-owned data, we route such requests through the school or district.
- You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings.
